I’ve been into sports since I was a kid. Movement, discipline, and effort have always been part of who I am.
I discovered fitness with intention at 25, and made it my personal banner at 46.
Since then, I’ve never stopped training, learning, and evolving - as an athlete and as a coach.I’m a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and continue to strengthen my practice through specialized courses in mobility, functional training and performance longevity.
I’ve coached clients from all over the world — and every one of them has shown me that age doesn’t limit performance.
