I was born, raised, and educated in Buenos Aires, Argentina—a country I deeply love. From my childhood and teenage years, I was fascinated by the athletic physiques of movie heroes, literary characters, comic book figures, and wrestling icons. Movies featuring Steve Reeves as Hercules, books like "Tarzan," comic books with Superman, and Argentina’s wrestling legend Rubén “El Ancho” Peucelle shaped my imagination. Whenever I drew a man, he always had a V-shaped back, strong biceps, sculpted shoulders, and defined abs.

As I grew older, Sylvester Stallone in his roles as Rocky and Rambo became my ultimate idol and lifelong inspiration in fitness. At the same time, boxing emerged as one of my earliest passions. Legends like Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, Sugar Ray Robinson, and Tommy Hearns served as my role models in the boxing ring.

I have always loved sports, but at 24, I began structured training: lifting weights to develop my body and running to enhance my athletic capacity. From that moment on, fitness became more than just training—it became my way of life. For one year, I even trained in boxing with Sergio Víctor Palma, Argentina’s former Super Bantamweight World Champion.

Since 2002, I have lived in Mexico City, and by 2012, I was working formally as a personal trainer, mainly in one-on-one sessions. I hold a degree in Business Administration and a specialization in Marketing, but my true passion has always been movement and performance.

After a moderate hiatus, in 2006—already past my 40s—I fell back in love with intense training. Fitness became a healthy obsession again, fueling both body and mind. In 2012, I discovered the complexity and allure of MMA (UFC). Champions like Georges St-Pierre inspired me with their conditioning and discipline, pushing me toward High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which forever reshaped how I train.

Then, in 2018, I found CrossFit. From the amateur level to the super athletes at the CrossFit Games, I was hooked. It became not just training but a core part of my identity and lifestyle.

Beyond sports, I treasure my family life with my wife, Miry, and our two daughters, Carolina and Victoria. I admire felines; we have three cats at home. I carry my love for them with me, permanently inked as tattoos on my arms, alongside a tiger and the names of my wife and daughters.

I’ve never used drugs or steroids. My favorite gym remains in my own backyard. I’m passionate about Italian Argentine food—such as asado, pasta, cheese, chocolate, and desserts. I love the outdoors, the Caribbean Sea, and nature. Of course, Rock, Hard Rock, and Heavy Metal music fuel my training. Movies, TV series, and good books are my other forms of escape.

Since 2021, I have competed as a CrossFit Masters Athlete in the 60–64 category, proudly representing South America. In 2022, I became a CrossFit Level 1 Coach (CF-OL1). Since then, I have continued to expand my knowledge in various areas, including CrossFit Scaling, Running, Coaching the Aging Athlete, Weightlifting, Dumbbell Training, and Nutrition.

Now, at 65, I feel stronger, more fulfilled, and more determined than ever. My story is proof that age is not a limit; it’s a challenge.

Strong at 65. Strong for life. Volt On. Legacy On.⚡️
