It is never too late to get back into shape if you put your mind to it. Honestly there is no excuse not to look and feel your best.
Since 2012 I have formally worked as a Personal Trainer primarily on a one-to-one basis. I have had the privilege of training a wide variety of people, from kids and teenagers to young adults and the middle-aged, from overweight individuals to advanced martial artists.

Since 2022 I earned a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Online (CF-OL1) credential.
I offer one - on - one (Partner Training) and small - group (from 3 to 5 people) training sessions to have a personalized supervision of each client according to their health, to meet their fitness needs and monitor their evolution and group training sessions. I make these classes Online mainly.

The type of training that I propose to you generically is to train at least 3 times a week, where each day is a different routine in:

This makes training varied and fun; the goal is to improve your fitness and activate your metabolism.
All my workouts last a maximum of 1 hour. Regardless of age, body shape, or current physical condition, you can achieve excellent fitness with the right combination of training, nutrition, and rest.
At the end of a workout, you experience a pleasant feeling of having exerted yourself to the maximum and satisfaction from accomplishing your goals and challenging your limits.
